Help Desk:
Golf
Systems provides installation and support services using remote logon,
telephone and e-mail services. Email support requests are answered promptly
and at no cost. Product installation is performed automatically upon download
for several products, server related products are provided fully configured and
will operate upon setup without further configuration
. On line support is provided on an incident basis
at our current rate of $22.50 per incident. Modifications and unrelated support
requirements (like networking issues) are provided for at our regular support
rate of $40.00 per hour.
Web Site Design:
Golf Systems custom designs Web Sites
using Windows technology in accordance with the specifications of the World Web
consortiums. We write code in compliance with the major search engines to
provide for favorable page rankings. We use page templates to reduce costs and
to provide the purchaser a view of what the pages will look like upon
completion. We also provide the service of creating the web content in
collaboration with the purchaser.
On line support is provided on an incident basis at our current rate of $22.50

Training and
Presentations
Golf Systems provides presentations for our
customers, prospective customers and consultants at no cost subject to prior
arrangement. On line training seminars are provided for each product sold by
Golf Systems. The cost for training seminars is by quotation or $40.00 per hour
depending on prior arrangement.
Custom Designed Applications
Golf Systems will design new
applications for many different requirements. This service is provided on a
quotation basis only. We can provide modifications and special reports to
suit the needs of reporting and special circumstances
Backup synchronization
Golf Systems provides for dynamic backup of
your files to mitigate the effects of hardware and or software failure. The
process of backup synchronization is completely automated, however the
restoration of files requires intervention by our help desk Please call our help
desk for support in the event of hardware and or software failure.
